Dec 30-2008 - News Release: Under terms of the agreement with Tara Gold for the La Currita Proyecto, Coeur d Alene has made an initial payment of US $250,000 to Tara Gold and will make additional subsequent payments, over the next two years, totaling US $2.75 million to gain 100% interest in the La Currita property. Tara Gold Resources will retain a sliding scale Net Smelter Return (NSR) royalty based on the market price of silver.

Property History:
The La Currita Mine was in steady production from 1983 until 1998 and is estimated to have produced about 200,000 tons. Available production records from 1993 to 1998 show that 129,000 tons a with an averaged grade of 2.33 g/t Au and 191 g/t Ag were produced during this period.
