Property History
In 1978 Servicios Industriales Penoles SA de CV drilled about 11,500 meters in the Gochico area of this property which resulted in about 500,000 tons indicated with grades of 161 gr/ton Ag, 0.59% Cu, 0.45% Pb and 9.2% Zn.

In 1980 the construction of Unidad Minera de Gochico was started and they were in production by September of 1981. The mine was operated until mid 1985 and the mine was shut down. During this period about 540,000 tons were mined.
